5. Independent Contractor Status

6. Property Access and Confidentiality

Ownership, access, and confidentiality of client property keys, access codes, maintenance records, and service reports are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. All access items must be returned to the Client upon termination of this Agreement.

7. Liability and Indemnification

The Contractor shall be liable for property damage, personal injury, or regulatory fines caused by their negligent acts or service defects.
